Lambeau, Packers spin new takes on old favorites

Thanks to Delaware North and the fine folks at Lambeau Field, we were given an inside look at all of the food and beverage offerings at historic Lambeau Field on Sunday in advance of the Packers hosting the Dolphins. From the 1919 Kitchen & Tap to inside the stadium, there is one common theme. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Everybody knows that Wisconsin is all about their beer, brats and cheese, so longtime Chef Heath Barbato, who runs all of the restaurants at Lambeau, and his Delaware North staff stick with those traditions; just in new, fresh and exciting ways.

The Wisconsin Sandwich - The most popular item at Lambeau. A Johnsonville brat wrapped in melted cheese curds and house made beer mustard served on a pretzel roll.
